Take in the Florida sun and ocean breeze from one of the home's three spacious outdoor areas, each located on a different level. When you're ready to cool off, head to the pool (the largest on 30A!), complete with plenty of loungers, cabanas, and a snack bar. It runs daily and there are multiple pick-up spots throughout the neighborhood. You'll also have direct access to Seacrest Beach boardwalk if you'd rather walk instead of ride! It's right at the entrance to the neighborhood – quick 2 min walk. - Resort Pool: You'll have access to the Seacrest Lagoon pool, the largest on 30A. Loungers, cabanas, and snack bar all included. - Large open floor plan with an abundance of natural light - En suites in all four King bedrooms - Extra-large open kitchen with brand-new appliances. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. - Parking is available in the driveway. There is space for 4 vehicles. Street parking is also available but limited. - The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots. - Minimum age to rent the home is 25. - Golf carts are no permitted in Seacrest. - Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience.
